Jenius from SMBC Indonesia Receives 2026, 9th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement Awards


Jenius from PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (“SMBC Indonesia”) received the “9th Infobank Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement 2026” awards from Infobank Magazine.

 

This event was held to appreciate banks with the best service in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. The assessment was determined from the results of surveys conducted by Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI).

 

Head of Digital Banking of SMBC Indonesia Irwan Tisnabudi received the awards on Thursday (22/01) in Jakarta.
