This tangible effort was showcased through SMBC Indonesia’s participation at Karya Kreatif Indonesia 2026, which was organized by Bank Indonesia at the Jakarta Convention Center on August 20-23, 2026.

Dini added that the annual KKI event enables the bank to engage directly with MSME players and gain a better understanding of their needs.

SMBC Indonesia Director Emilya Tjahjadi also attended the event on the second day to participate in a symbolic financing partnership signing ceremony with the bank's selected customer. This capital injection is expected to help the customer enhance their market competitiveness and create job opportunities.

In addition to capital support, SMBC Indonesia offers TOUCHBIZ, a digital solution specifically designed to facilitate business growth for entrepreneurs.
