SMBC Indonesia and BTN Complete Transfer of Pension Loan Portfolio, Strengthening Strategic Focus and Sustainable Growth

Jakarta, 30 June 2026 – PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk (SMBC Indonesia) and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) announced the completion of the transfer of SMBC Indonesia’s pension loan portfolio on Monday (29 June 2026).

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk. (SMBC Indonesia) has deployed a green property financing facility to PT SLP Internusa Karawang—a part of Frasers Property Group—along with a finance-blended incentive program, in part to support the government's sustainability efforts.
