RECEPTION WITH THE EMPLOYEES OF MAKASSAR BRANCH


Makassar (Admin). In order to enhance employee motivation, SMBCI - Makassar Branch has recently held an all staff meeting on Friday, 7th September.

 

On that occasion, Director of Business Gandhi G. Putra Ismail who was accompanied by the Head of HR Division Lieke Roosdianti symbolically presented motor vehicles for operational activities of all sub-branch offices. The vehicles are expected to support the mobilization of all sub-branch offices.

 

At the same time, the Head of HR Division Lieke Roosdianti handed the appointment letters to 13 employees of Makassar Branch which supervise 22 branch offices across South Sulawesi province and 16 cash offices. The Head of Makassar Branch A. Yani thanked Director of Business and the team from the Head Office for their visit and for the motor vehicles.

 

The motor vehicles will also be distributed to sub-branch offices across the country, where one sub-branch will be entitled to one unit of motor vehicle.

 

After the warm dinner reception, Gandhi G. Putra Ismail delivered a message to all employees to always be thankful for God blessings of incentives, the raise in salary and grade, as well as job transfers and promotions.

 

Gandhi reminds all components of Makassar Branch, that the current LDR of Makassar Branch was quite high, as seen from the funding received in the amount of Rp220 billion, while lending amounted to Rp520 billion. The team of Funding Officers was expected to boost the minimum TPF of Makassar Branch to get closer to the lending level.

 

This gratefulness is supposed to generate positive thinking for everyone, so that all policies made by the management can always maintain the rhythm of work. Each employee must have the same determination and work together with the confidence of success, explained Director of Business. (FDT)
