Jenius from Bank BTPN Receives 2023, 4th Anniversary of Indonesia's Popular Digital Products Awards


Jenius from PT Bank BTPN Tbk ("Bank BTPN") received an award in the "2023, 4th Anniversary Indonesia's Popular Digital Products Awards (Financial Industry)" today (17/02) in Jakarta.

 

This event, which was previously named “2022, 3rd Indonesia’s Most Popular Digital Financial Brands Award (Millennial’s Choice)”, was organized by The Iconomics to appreciate institutions that have innovated in digital in Indonesia hence they are able to face opportunities, challenges, and competitions from waves of technological disruption.

 

Jenius from Bank BTPN received an award under the KBMI 3 category, or banks with core capital of more than Rp14 trillion up to Rp70 trillion, for Mobile Banking.

 

The assessment was determined through a popularity study, which was based on public understanding and appreciation of the products and services of the financial industry. There were a number of stages in award assessment, starting from focus group discussions (FGD), to online quantitative surveys, to assessments.

 

The award proves Bank BTPN's commitment to increasing innovation in digital banking services that are complete and relevant to customers.
