Increase ATM Usage, BTPN Hold a Lucky Draw for Customers


As an effort to improve customer service, BTPN Purna Bakti provides pension benefit withdrawal through ATM, including BTPN, ATM Bersama and ATM Prima (BCA) network. That way customers can withdraw their pension benefit closer, easier, and faster.

 

As a form of appreciation to customers who have participated in using ATM as an alternative channel for pension benefit withdrawal, BTPN held a lucky draw for customers. Of all BTPN customers who have withdrawn their pension benefit through ATM, BTPN will draw six lucky customers to get each one motorcycle unit.

 

The draw was held at BTPN Gunung Sahari Branch Office, Jakarta on Monday, December 4, 2017. The event was opened by Project Management Head of BTPN Purna Bakti Enrico Novian and witnessed by 30 customer representatives. The draw was also witnessed by Siswantoro from the Police, Erwin Alamsyah from the Ministry of Social Affairs, Diana from the Social Service Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, and Suryandary as a notary.

 

The following are names of the winners, each of whom will receive a prize of 1 (one) motorcycle unit:
